Welcome to
North Beacon Hill
A neighborhood of comfort, charm, and convenience
Outdoor Fun
Peaceful bike trails, a scenic golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, epic playgrounds, community gardens, and parks surrounded by forested natural beauty are all right here in North Beacon Hill! Head to Jefferson Park to discover a hub of activity—a driving range, lawn bowling, a spray park and playground, the Beacon Food Forest, huge fields, paved trails, and a community center are all at this park with a view of Downtown Seattle.
A few of our other faves include the Beacon Hill Playfield (while it’s not an official dog park, locals love taking pups here for playdates), Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail (ideal for beautiful biking), and Cheasty Boulevard Trail (perfect for when you want to get lost in nature).
Dining
North Beacon Hill features destination dining, fun laid-back restaurants, an eclectic variety of cuisine, coffee shops, bars—there’s a little bit of everything. Not-to-miss award-winning restaurants in the neighborhood include Homer (Seattle Met's 2019 Restaurant of the Year), Bar del Corso (2022 James Beard Award Semifinalists), and Musang (Seattle Met's 2020 Restaurant of the Year). A few of our other dining faves include Perihelion Brewery, The Station, Tacos Chukis, Oak, Milk Drunk, and The Coupe & Flute.
Commuting
Many locals love North Beacon Hill’s central location in part due to its easy access to both I-5 and I-90. You’ve got easy access to both Downtown Seattle and cities on the Eastside. Several bus lines run through the neighborhood, and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station offers a traffic-free commuting option. Hop on the Light Rail to get as far north as Lynnwood, or take it south straight to SeaTac International Airport. In 2025, the Judkins Park Light Rail Station will open, which will connect Seattle stations to the Eastside.
Value
Over the last three years, the average residential home price in North Beacon Hill has risen by 6.3%, compared to 4% appreciation for Seattle as a whole. North Beacon Hill is a neighborhood with strong appreciation trends, and with many planned community updates in the works, this neighborhood will only become more desirable. New condos, townhomes, and apartments with ground floor retail and dining are already in the works, and continue to add even more value to the community.
