Meet the Builder

Alex Vo and Jessica Louie partner to create the premium developments that Vo & Company is known for. Alex Vo is the developer and builder of Howling Farms LLC, while Jessica Louie serves as the interior and exterior designer of Howling Farms LLC.

Alex graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management, and he brings almost two decades of construction management in both Seattle and San Francisco to each of his development projects. As both a Seattle native and 2nd generation developer, Alex was able to draw upon his first-hand experience of both the Pacific Northwest lifestyle and land development to build each of the distinct Howling Farms residences.

Jessica graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Architectural Studies, and went on to graduate from the Parsons Schools of Design as well. She is a former apparel designer for Ralph Lauren and Eddie Bauer, and Jessica also is a former store and visuals designer for Filson. In addition to being a Seattle native and her in-depth knowledge of life in the Puget Sound area, Jessica draws upon her remarkable design background to bring captivating spaces to life.
